Erika Mlachak Farmer, Founder of the local Los Angeles Real Estate Firm, Verde Realty, has called LA home since 2005. Her Father was a Navy Pilot, and by the time she was 9 years old, she had moved 6 times to 4 states and 2 Countries. Looking back on her childhood, she knows from experience that "Home" and "Community" are truly special and what matter most.
Erika is an alumnus of Florida State University, has been active in the Real Estate Industry for over nineteen years and and was honored as one of The National Association of Realtors®, REALTOR® Magazine’s Annual Top 30 Under 30 Nationwide Realtors® in 2009.
She lives in Santa Monica, California with her Husband and rescue fur baby, Lincoln. When she isn't out in the Real Estate trenches helping LA Residents and Investors navigate the Real Estate Market, you can find her at the beach, with her nose in a book, watching sports, traveling, or dreaming of opening an animal rescue.
